The hotel is conveniently located close to the Olympic center's main entrance, which is a plus for sports enthusiasts. It is also near to other good places, making it ideal for exploring the area. the breakfast is nice and has a wide variety of options, including bakery items and hot and cold dishes. Some staff members are friendly and helpful, like Peter in the catering department. the rooms have water bottles on arrival, which is always a good gesture.
Some aspects of the hotel need improvement. the noise level can be high, especially if many teenage guests are present, as they tend to be loud and noisy.

I had a really great experience at this place. The staff here are amazing and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They even made special arrangements for me to have breakfast in my room when I wasn't feeling well. Peter in catering was particularly helpful and I'm so grateful for his assistance. The hotel itself is quite luxurious and feels like a true four-star stay. The room I had overlooked the sports grounds, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with a wide variety of options including bakery items and hot and cold dishes. Plus, they provide bottles of water in the room upon arrival, which is a nice touch that many other hotels in the area don't offer.
There were really no negatives about this hotel. I had a great experience overall and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Weekend experience was decent regarding location and amenities offered. Situated in a central location with many tourist attractions within easy reach, allowing us to make the most of our stay. the room had a spacious and comfortable bed, which was a real plus point. the inclusive breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes.
There were a few things that did not meet our expectations. the room was not particularly clean, and the bathroom was in need of some maintenance.
